Enable OTP

  • Go to Sophos WebAdmin

Navigate:

  • Definitions & Users -> Authentication Services -> One-time Password
  • enable it

Settings

  • customize as required

Activate

  • Go to User Portal
  • Login
  • Scan QR Code with Authenticator App (e.g. Sophos-/Google Authenticator)
